Rockbridge Area Community Foundation
Established 2001
Rockbridge Area Community Foundation (RACF) was Foundation for Roanoke Valley's first affiliate.
RACF serves the cities of Lexington and Buena Vista, Rockbridge County and surrounding areas.
It currently holds fifteen endowment funds with total outright and deferred assets of $1.7 million.
It awards thousands of dollars in grants annually to meet important community needs and opportunities.
A local Board oversees the work of RACF.
