Since 1988, Foundation for Roanoke Valley has been helping individuals, families, nonprofit organizations and others establish permanent charitable legacies. Through a named fund within the Foundation, donors are able to carry out their objectives in an efficient and effective manner.

As a community foundation serving a wide region of Virginia, we work diligently to connect philanthropic resources with important community needs. With over 200+ endowed funds, $43 million in outright assets and $70 million in future estate commitments, the Foundation awards in excess of $2 million in grants annually.
