Exciting news! Goodwill Industries of the Valleys has been awarded a $50,000 grant from the Foundation's Community Catalyst Funds to bolster its Melrose Plaza project.
Melrose Plaza is a pivotal component of a $30 million initiative aimed at enhancing community well-being. This transformative project will introduce a full-size, full-service grocery store, a community wellness center, and a bank to the area. Additionally, the Plaza will be home to Goodwill's Excel Center, a tuition-free adult high school providing essential certifications and high school diplomas.
